I have been a victim of domestic violence for years. My husband smokes and drinks in front of the kids and also womanizes and I was his usual punching bag every time he was under the influence.
September last year,it was worse that I had to run away for my dear life with our three children then on Saturday last week, he came with our pastor to plead my forgiveness,crying and swearing that he will turn a new leaf. I know everybody deserves a second chance but I don’t know the sincerity of his words. Please,do I return to him believing he will change and especially for the father figure that he has to be to the children or run even further for my dear life and for the healthy upbringing of my children?
