Please,help me
My partner and I are working class. As a matter of fact,she earns higher than I do. But every month end when pay day draws closer,she reminds me of the things I need to buy for her. When I tell her I can’t and that why she is working is to relief me of the pressure,she tells me it doesn’t matter that it is my responsibility,dignity and pride as a man to buy her things and take care of her. It has happened like this for months and is quite overwhelming. I just want to know…is it a norm or ritual of every relationship to buy your woman stuff even when she can afford it or is she just being manipulative and feeling entitled?
