I’m in a confused state right now and will really appreciate your help. I’m very romantic. I call my babe pet names such as baby,my queen,my hearthrob,rising star,my life. Name it. Just everything a man should call his babe just to make her know she means the world to me but she never reciprocates those names.As a matter of fact,she calls me by my real name Michael.
On Monday,I told her I don’t like it when she calls me by my name and she embarrassingly laughed me down and told me it doesn’t matter and that as a matter of fact,she doesn’t even like the pet names I call her that I should stop. I’m so devastated right now. I don’t even know if she truly loves me. Do you think the pet name mean anything at all? Does she love me?Does it matter or am I taking things too personal? Should committed partners call each other by their real names?
