BAN/SEIZURE ON MOTORBIKES:
The enforcement of the ban on motorcycles in Lagos State assumed another level yesterday as the military, in the spirit of synergy and harmony, deployed their officers to be part of the enforcement. In addition to providing support, the military officers were on ground to apprehend military offenders in a rancour-free manner.
This is according to the Police Public Relations Officer, Lagos State Command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin in a tweet on X
1. Netizens in response to the tweet on x yesterday said the seizure of the bikes without providing alternatives for their survival will lead to a wanton increase in crime rate.
