Nantes winger, Moses Simon will undergo surgery for a fractured left leg ankle injury on Friday.
It was reported that Simon sustained the injury in Nigeria’s friendly defeat to the Eagles of Mali on Tuesday.
The 28-year old collided with Mali goalkeeper Mamadou Samassa in the first half of the encounter played at the Grande Stade de Marrakech.
