Kogi 2023: Peter Obi Presents Okeme As Labour Party Governorship candidate

The presidential candidate of the Labour Party in the last presidential election, Peter Obi, has charged the people of Kogi State to vote for the Labour Party and its candidate, Adejoh Okeme, in the forthcoming governorship election.

Peter Obi, one of the leaders of the party, gave the charge in Lokoja on Thursday during the official presentation of the party’s gubernatorial candidate Okeme for the November 11, 2023 election in the state.

According to him, Kogi state has no business with poverty by virtue of the enormous potential abounding in the state, adding that the state hosts the giant steel company, river Niger and Benue including numerous mineral resources.

He advised the electorates in the state not to allow themselves to be deceived again by sugar-coated mouth politicians who will lure them for votes and after elections abandon them to their fate.
