The Kano State Government, on Wednesday, inaugurated a committee for the forthcoming 2024 Ramadan Feeding Programme.
The Deputy Governor, Aminu Gwarzo, who inaugurated the committee in his office, said that the objective of the programme is to assist all residents of the state, irrespective of political affiliations to benefit from the incumbent government’s largesse.”
This was contained in a press statement issued to newsmen by the Deputy Governor’s spokesperson, Ibrahim Shuaibu, on Wednesday.
The deputy governor, who urged the committee to strategize the distribution of foodstuffs across designated areas in the state, stressed the importance of completing their task within five days.
